The facility is divided into two large spaces. On one side, a building with a ground floor and five floors in line with C/ Espronceda, which will have areas for table tennis and artistic gymnastics, and the sports hall, inside the quadrangle.

The basement of the main building will be used for indoor archery, with a range, some changing rooms and a storeroom specifically for this sport. The same floor will have the main court for the sports hall, along with the corresponding changing rooms. The ground floor will have a multi-purpose space for local people to use, plus the reception and the office space for the centre. This floor will also have a specific parking areas for two-wheeled vehicles. From here, there will be direct access to the stands. The first floor will be for table tennis and also include a multi-purpose room for physical preparation by different clubs and users at the sports complex.

The centres will also have a solarium of over 1,000 m2, two padel courts, four rooms for supervised activities, a large bodybuilding area, a meeting area with a bar and communal services.
