Notable projects covered by the agreement include the second stage of remodelling to La Rambla, between Pg. Santa Madrona and Canaletes, with 21 million euros, plus a budgetary item of 15 million for the rollout of the Pla Endreça.

The agreement should also cover the enlargement to the municipal multi-sports centre in La Marina, with the project to get 13 million euros from Barcelona Provincial Council. The enlargement entails the construction of a new annex with a swimming pool, activity rooms, changing rooms and more, meaning the municipal sports centre can offer aquatic and fitness activities.

Another of the initiatives included is the renovation of the Teatre Arnau, where the Provincial Councill will invest 8 million euros to revamp and recondition the building, turning it into a performing arts centre and a neighbourhood centre linked to the theatre and the memory of Av. Paral·lel.

The agreement also includes the construction of the library at the former Ideal Flor factory, which will become a hub for facilities in the district of Nou Barris. Specifically, the agreement includes 6 million euros for executing this cultural facility on the upper floors of the building.

Another project included is the revamp of the indoor spaces of the centre for adults at Can Batlló. Two million euros will be invested here for work to adapt the building for teaching purposes.
