New edition of BIZ Barcelona and the Employment Fair now on
BIZ Barcelona and the Employment Fair are being held together again and will be on until 11 November, providing a boost for the city’s economic reactivation. The fairs include talks, workshops and various other activities, with the focus on refocussing careers, driving business ideas and connecting talent.
BIZ Barcelona focuses on innovation and talent as a formula for driving enterprise and debating business and innovation, the digital transformation, the retention of talent and more. Barcelona Activa will have its own stand, offering entrepreneurial advice and activities such as the Deep Tech Summit, a ceremony to recognise companies and some round tables.
The Employment Fair is mainly aimed at young people and is organised into five sections: Change direction, Defend, Share, Get ready and Rediscover. As the organising body, Barcelona Activa will be taking part in labour reception and advice sessions, advice points on training paths, spaces for learning to prepare CVs and meetings on good practice and socio-labour insertion.
As a way of sharing the two events, the Talent×Barcelona section also includes a Barcelona Activa stand and a programme of activities centring on digital talent, organised by Barcelona Activa’s IT Academy and Cibernàrium services and featuring sessions such as the IT-Talks and others within the framework of BCNTalent.
