More specifically, the goals of the City Police for this event are to avoid anti-social behaviour, conduct posing a risk to circulation and unauthorised vending. The police operation will be in place until Sunday, 2 June.

The measures applied to improve security and coexistence include stronger prevention of sexual violence. The site will include a purple point providing support in connection to gender violence and LGBTI phobia.

Disruptions to mobility and extra public transport

In terms of mobility disruptions, a security perimeter will be established where traffic circulation will be restricted to service vehicles, public transport and occupied and accredited taxis, with the exception of parked vehicles or vehicles belonging to local residents. The perimeter will be delimited by Av. Litoral, C/ Josep Pla, Av. Diagonal, Av. Eduard Maristany and the municipal boundary of Sant Adrià de Besòs. In addition, from 5 pm until the end of the event each day, the security perimeter will be closed at Rambla de Prim, between C/ Llull and Pl. Llevant.

Parking will also be prohibited from 8 am on Wednesday, 29 May, to 11.59 pm on Sunday, 2 June, in sections of Av. Litoral, Pg. Taulat and Pl. Llevant. As from 12 noon on Wednesday 29, restrictions will also be extended to a section of Av. Eduard Maristany.

Extra public transport will be laid on too, with shuttle bus services connecting Pl. Catalunya with the two stops nearest the event. The T4 tram line will be operating more frequent services, as will the L4 metro line. For more information go to the TMB website. Restrictions at bars and restaurants and extra cleaning

Other restrictions will be applied at 24-hour premises selling food and drink, and at bars and restaurants in the area around the Parc del Fòrum, with limits on opening hours. The cleaning service will also be bolstered and routes established to avoid the flow of people using the streets in Sant Martí with the most residential housing.
