Meditations on the body made through the language of dance, new technologies applied to the theatre, scientific concepts... One of Barcelona's leading independent theatres returns to the Grec.
A dancer, choreographer, educator, researcher and writer, Aimar Pérez Galí has always taken the body as his point of reference. That is why, when he set himself to research how, historically, the image of the dancer was constructed, he proposes a critical analysis that is expressed through the body, effort and, therefore, sweat. This is how he talks to us of the figure of the dancer as a subject presented, in the contemporary arts generally, as inferior, secondary, an unspeaking individual onto whose body others project their fantasies and desires. Dance and reflection.
