The Teatre Grec, and particularly the Roserar Amargós, the rose gardens surrounding the theatre complex, are once again the scene for a festive event to introduce kids to the thrilling world of the performing arts through a series of concerts and activities.
Concerts:
6.30 pm: Quimi Portet
Los Burros, Los Rápidos, El Último de la Fila and, in recent years, a brilliant solo career using rock'n'roll as a vehicle for smart messages and irony in the form of literature. Come along and listen to Quimi Portet in a concert for young and old alike.
8 pm: Joan Miquel Oliver
Pop becomes magic in the vocals and songs of this musician from Sóller. The artist has continued progressing and evolving in the world of music, but is always in touch with that slightly naive form of pop which is perfect for family audiences.
Activities:
Puppet workshop
Want to become master puppeteers and make a puppet? You can do so at this installation full of pieces, wings, heads, bodies and legs. Put them together to create a fictional character, completely hand-made. By Galiot Teatre.
Stories at 2 metres
In line with the pandemic we’ve been through, the underlying concept for this activity is keeping a safe distance while still telling stories to others. How will these narrators fare? Come along and see. By Petit i Flic.

Intergenerational and inclusive stories which stimulate tolerance and empathy. Told by Personaje Personaje, a transvestite activist and clinical child psychologist from Barcelona, born in Ecuador. Through his artistic approach, he stands up for people’s rights and for inclusion.

A series of installations around the central part of the rose garden, stimulating the intelligence of the public and rousing people’s curiosity. Come along and write the first page of an impossible book or ask the city a question... By Marga Socias and Thomas Roper.
Planting processes
Don’t let extinct sounds disappear, sounds regained for you by the artist Andrea Paz, a resident creator at the Nau Ivanow. The artist rescues these sounds and shares them with you in this nomadic and minimalist performed installation.
