A circus company with a plural and diverse language is recruiting new accomplices to stage a show for three artists, protagonists of a small great story that takes place on a wooden stage.
Gather around the circular stage where this performance unfolds. And prepare your imagination, because the bare and minimalist scenery indicates that metaphor and fantasy both play an important role in Mumusic Circus’ new assembly. The company created by Clara Poch and Marçal Calvet collaborates this time with some unique characters: Bob Marshall (Marçal Calvet himself), a musician and verticalist capable of doing incredible things with his instruments; Sweet Clara (Clara Poch), specialist in voice, dance and body theatre, and the dancer and tightrope-walker Marta Zanahoria (Marta Camuffi). They are responsible for creating a metaphor about the human capacity of creating absurd scenes and contradictory speeches and to show us that sometimes, art is hidden in the most everyday moments of our lives.
This new creation is brought to life by three artists from a company that is loved by the public with shows such as Merci Bien and Roda, món a Petits Princeps and Amigoo, some of which have been performed in Great Britain, Korea, Singapore, Italy, Switzerland, France or Poland. This latest performance shows a very personal way of doing circus based on movement, acrobatics, music and the manipulation of bodies and objects.
