The undiscovered Infinite Library
FINISHED ACTIVITY
Due to the COVID-19 health crisis we’re living and the impossibility of keeping the doors of our Centre d’Art open to the public, we’re now featuring exclusive content related to Haris Epaminonda and Daniel Gustav Cramer’s exhibition entitled The Infinite Library.
From 14th until 27th May we’ll be publishing a series of videos created by the artists before their their project became a physical reality. Each video will be available for streaming for 24 hours only. In them, you’ll be able to take a page-by-page look at one of the books that became part of this exhibition in its beginnings. This is a very special and unique opportunity to explore these publications compiled out of pages of different books published from 1890 until the 1980’s, as they are not usually available for public perusal.
Before every new book becomes available the previous one will disappear.
The Infinite Library is a collaborative, still-in-progress project born in 2007 by Berlin-stablished artists Haris Epaminonda and Daniel Gustav Cramer. Each book gets pulled apart, modified and re-built to create new and original tomes.
