Un mundo ideal, amb Lucía Egaña
The transfeminist artist and writer, Lucía Egaña, will give a personal interpretation of the exhibition An Ideal World. The Anthropocene’s Supermarket, on Wednesday 12 July at 19.00, for the GAG Association (Catalan friends of LGBT group).
An Ideal World. The Anthropocene’s Supermarket, includes all of the finalist projects in the Work category of the Miquel Casablancas Award 2017, as well as the finalist dossiers of the other categories, Project, Publication and Graphic Communication.
Lucía Egaña studied fine arts, aesthetics and documentary film and has a PhD in Audiovisual Communication. She is part of the faculty responsible for the academic management of MACBA's Independent Studies Programme. She also organises the Mostra Marrana festival and is part of the minipimer.tv and Reial Arxiu Sudaca collectives and also of the Techniques Cooperative. In 2011 she filmed her documentary La meva sexualitat és una creació artística (My Sexuality is an Artistic Creation), which has been shown at festivals and conferences in more than 15 countries.
