RAW MATERIAL

Raw Material is an exhibition project that aims to explore the current ecosystem of visual artists in Catalonia and use it to determine a possible map of some of the most significant works and projects created in the region over the last few years. In this sense, resulting from a labour of exploration, the exhibition is a sort of mining exercise, one that mines the Raw Material principally used by public and private structures for local contemporary art productions and exhibitions.
