Here you have the great novel about the glorious days of the East-coast Holiday Resort. Before the crash in the property industry and the “FOR SALE” signs existed, let’s not lie, a camp paradise for retirement and leisure, full of sculptures by Ripollès, resort sensuality, funfairs forever under construction and, between concrete blocks, some dirty sand dunes that with a drop of good faith could be called a “little beach”. An astonishing satirical journey, with curious moments of sobriety, in which the Jewel of the Mediterranean is contrasted with the Valencia occupied by the people attending the World Meeting of Families.
