INTERDISCIPLINARY WORK AND RESEARCH GROUP: OVERFLOWING BARCELONA

Dates: May-September (meet-ups, work groups, open days and spaces for socialisation).

Place : Floor 1.

Participants: Artibarri, Ateneu Popular 9 Barris, La Ciutat Invisible and groups of visual artists.

An interdisciplinary research group will run workshops, meet-ups and open days in order to establish a possible genealogy of numerous voices from overflows of culture in Barcelona, based on three core elements that are inter-related: cooperative-based work and community management, popular education and community arts, as well as independent and contextual art practices. A timeline with the work processes will be produced along with a publication.
