POV. A Collection of Rumours proposes a six-session learning and service project with Year 4 secondary school students from the Institut La Sagrera-Sant Andreu, based on

exhibition by Rossella Biscotti at Fabra i Coats: Contemporary Art Centre of Barcelona.
Accompanied by Marta R. Chust and Roc Domingo Puig, the ultimate objective of the process is to carry out a guided tour from the perspective of the students based on a collection of voices and experiences of all those involved in making an exhibition a reality: artist, curator, assemblers, room personnel, visitors and even the artistic objects themselves.
The students will become a mediator figure and give a guided tour open to the public, freeing themselves of the role expected of them as simple spectators or receivers of a predetermined speech. How will they explain the exhibition? How will they transfer their perceptions and reflections to a communicative dimension, interacting with the visitors?
The visit that culminates the process will take place on Tuesday 19 December between 17.00 and 20.00, with three different tours. Bookings at activitats-centredart@bcn.cat.
