The presentation aims to show some scenarios that Community-Based Cultural Policies (PCBC) are passing through in Ibero-America. It aims to problematise two large areas that appear as the main goals of public agendas. Firstly, how to foster the development of PCBCs in Ibero-American countries, and secondly, how to improve initiatives and participation in cultural-policy management models.
