The Association for Independent Living (CVI) will host in November a training aimed at domestic workers and caregivers. To participate it is necessary to register.
This training, witch is promoted by Barcelona Cuida, has the objective of publicizing the characteristics of an accessible home as well as different support products, adaptations and technology, which can facilitate the tasks of cures to professionals and / or caregivers and at the same time provide greater autonomy, comfort and security to the person in need of support.
The sessions will take place at the Association for Independent Living (CVI) and will last from an a half and to two hours. Different aspects will be worked on, such as a visit to the different spaces of the center, presentation of support products, adaptations, furniture and technology to carry out the AVD’s and practices on the handling of the crane and other support products, especially for mobilizations and hygiene of people with dependency.
The dates on which this training will take place are as follows:
- November 10, 2021 from 10-12 h
- November 16, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- November 18, 2021 from 10-12 h
- November 22, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- November 24, 2021 from 10-12 h
- November 29, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- November 30, 2021 from 10-12 h
