Avinguda Maria Cristina is playing host to the New Year celebrations once again, offering us a chance to relive the La Mercè’s musical fireworks from 9.30 pm on, with the original show kicking off at 11.48 pm.

The show will be divided into three spectacular stages of light, fireworks, fire, original music, magical characters and big projections.

First, we'll bid farewell to 2021 on a journey around all the places in the world that have already ushered in the New Year ahead of us; then we'll move on to the bell ringing and a warm welcome for 2022, rounding off the celebrations making our twelve wishes in a truly poetic way, one for every month in 2021 we are leaving behind.
