Després de molts anys dedicat a la música de cambra, Jordi Humet es retroba amb l’instrument que l’ha acompanyat tota la vida en un diàleg íntim i profund amb l’interès central posat en la monumental Sonata núm. op. 28 de S. Rachmaninov, obra inspirada en el poema de Faust de Goethe i que Humet mostrarà després de molts anys de treball. I és clar, abans de la tempesta virtuosa de S. Rachmaninov la calma, de J. S. Bach amb la Suite en Re menor BWV 812. Un concert d’extrems que promet emocions fortes amb música i comentaris del propi intèrpret. Com activitat complementària, el pianista oferirà una xerrada introductòria.
