En el taller entendrem que la veu és part del nostre cos i que, per tant, cos i veu van sempre lligats. També és un instrument, que pot emetre una infinitat de sons, sense que aquests siguin necessàriament convencionals. Sentir en la meva pròpia veu que puc ser un contrabaix, un tambor, un solista i llavors puc usar la meva veu harmònicament, rítmicament i melòdicament. 

Utilitzarem els següents mètodes: Mètodes de Joc, Teatre físic, Mètode Lichtemberger de la fisiologia vocal, Circle singing i CVI (improvisació vocal col·laborativa), Escolta i percepció constants.
