Generarem un espai de confiança i autoconeixement per treballar l’autocura a partir de dinàmiques grupals i expressives amb l’escriptura com a eina principal. Utilitzarem una metodologia participativa, integradora i respectuosa del ritme de cadascuna. Reconeixerem l’impacte dels mandats imposats per la societat patriarcal i aprendrem a prevenir els efectes dels diferents tipus de violències. Coneixerem formes de posar límits, contactant amb les nostres necessitats i respectant-les. Descobrirem les nostres potencialitats per tal de enfortir l'empoderament i l’autoestima tant a nivell personal com col·lectiu.
