El Consell Econòmic i Social de Barcelona (CESB) és un òrgan consultiu i de participació, de caràcter general, que parteix de la representació d'interessos, en el qual participen els agents socials i econòmics més representatius de la ciutat de Barcelona. El CESB és un òrgan de diàleg i de consens en els àmbits econòmics, socials i pressupostaris.
