Mobile ID: Update to mobile ID systems
Here at Barcelona City Council we are improving our digital channels for citizen engagement and procedures to make them more efficient and agile.
As part of this digital evolution, we have started adding services to the Pocket Barcelona app (Barcelona a la Butxaca), with many more functions to be added in the coming months.

The virtual procedures office accepts all identification and signature systems recognised by the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia (CAOC) and by the State Administration (Cl@ave ).
In line with general data protection regulations, the data on the Mobile ID register will be eliminated in the time frame established by law. However, if you wish to stay informed, a new communication channel is available to you which we will use to periodically inform you about all the services being added to “Pocket Barcelona” and all the subjects relating to the procedures you carried out up to now through Mobile ID.
