Fábrica de Huellas proposes an installation based on reused luminous windows of various sizes, equipped with screens. A piece inspired by a space noted for its lack of identity and use, the appearance of new residents and accumulation of past building debris without any relation to the history of the chosen place which generate the concept of “cultural windows”. Holes that swallow light by day and spit out life at night. The light of cultural diversity. The screens will provide the medium for several graphic proposals strategically distributed in the space. Visitors will play a twofold role: as producers of light effects, immersed between lights and shadows inside the space defined by the windows, and as active spectators walking along the installation’s margins. An interaction that will give an ephemeral identity to a space in an urban environment under construction — in transformation — usually marked by oblivion and desolation.
