Gotopo is a singer, composer, producer and provocative performer who sees the future in her South American past. She plays stringed folk instruments and composes techno-inspired songs that reveal an Afroinidigenous legacy.

Based in Berlin, she made her debut with Malembe, a single that transports the spectator to another time, from the pre-Hispanic era to post-colonial times, elegantly showing indigenous futurism and introducing unique aesthetics and a singular sound.

She is now working on her first album, accompanied by the Latin Grammy winner Don Elektron (Ulises Lozano) and has worked with Joaquín Cornejo, El Búho, Bomba Estéreo, Robot Koch and others.
