The group Doideca, composed of seven young musicians from the Conservatori Superior del Liceu, bring their passion for world music to La Mercè. With a huge mix of influences, their repertoire centres around Brazilian music, and is inspired by figures such as Hermeto Pascoal, Caetano Veloso and Elza Soares.

Combining their talents in this group are Frederica Silva (vocals), Ana Ayala (flute), Itziar Mendibil (tenor sax), Clàudia Bosch (clarinet), Sebastian Noren (guitar), Cala Quintero (bass) and Estefania Chamorro (drums).

A concert through the passion and respect for the world music of its performers.
