A true trap pioneer, Somadamantina (Cristina Rodríguez) first started uploading his songs to YouTube in 2012, when the genre was still just a street movement. Following an extended play (EP) in the form of Slim Kawasaki, he released Femme Fatale in 2015, an unmissable classic of Spanish trap.

Defined by Primavera Sound and Yung Beef as “a legend” and by Vice as “the most special Spanish trap artist”, Somadamantina released the album Magnanimity in 2020. His work, always eagerly awaited, is a testimony to his impact and his influence on the music scene.

Somadamantina is currently working on a new album which will be released before the end of the year. With a career that defies definition, his return promises to be an event that, if you're a fan of urban music, is not to be missed.
