Commemorative t-shirt marking 25 years

One of the most eagerly awaited developments was the presentation of the commemorative t-shirt, with a design inspired by the working uniform of the Barcelona Fire Service. The piece pays tribute to the courage and dedication of the corps, at the same time marking 25 years of history for this event. New mobile app for runners and fans

Another innovative aspect to this edition is the launch of the official mobile app, developed by the technological sponsor NTT Data. The app enables runners to keep track of their times in real time and access detailed information on the event, including road closures and news.

Special training with the firefighters’ uniform

During today’s official presentation, a special training session was organised where some of those taking part had the chance to run a short distance in the uniform of the Barcelona Fire Service. The activity highlighted the physical preparation required for the run, at the same time giving the occasion a symbolic touch.
