The Partit Popular sought to make a positive assessment of the impact of cruise ship activity for the city and called for an agreement with the international association of cruise operators to improve its management: The proposal was approved with the following votes:

Vox called for an economic report to be drafted reflecting the alteration in the sale value of occupied properties and in relation to the increase in people’s gross salaries in Barcelona. The proposal was rejected with the following votes:

Junts per Barcelona put forward a proposal with content for an institutional declaration, calling on the government to commission an exacting independent study to quantify the social and economic impact of the Rodalies local train service in Barcelona, which the municipal group classes as deficient, with details on the aspects that the report should include.
