The 2,000 plus people who work providing social services for the City Council will be able to access more easily all the information they need on resources and response systems available, as well as relevant information on users who request these services.

All this comes with maximum guarantees for security and the privacy of information. Social services will be using solutions such as Salesforce Public Sector Industry Cloud, Tableau and MuleSoft to facilitate the provision of services.

The agreement comes as part of the City Council’s strategy to modernise municipal management and continue to promote initiatives that strengthen inclusion and social welfare.
