Agreement worth 22 million euros to build 1,151 protected homes by 2027
The Mayor of Barcelona, Jaume Collboni, and the Minister for Territory, Housing and Ecological Transition, Sílvia Paneque, signed a joint funding agreement for the construction of 1,151 protected homes in Barcelona by 2027. The homes will be built in 19 blocks around 16 neighbourhoods, boosting the city’s public housing stock.
The agreement came from the latest bilateral meeting between the Government of Catalonia and Barcelona City Council.
