Bodies, voices and tautened rope are immersed in symbolic games and rites of passage while exploring what exists between the pure and the impure, the glorious and the draining. This work by Patricia Caballero, a dancer and stage director, along with two great musicians, Raúl Cantizano and Beñat Achiary, opens up a face-to-face dialogue with the unconscious in order to expiate outdated legacies and inherit true gems. New realities are born from the beat of jolts, deaths and dreams.
This creator has been involved in dance for 33 years. It has been a journey of in-depth study, creation, education and support for artists and cultural projects. Her works create symbioses between mysticism, intimacy and mischief and revolve around the performance narrative and the cross-disciplinary stage. Since 2006, she has created works like Barrunto, Aquí gloria y después paz, Chronoscopio and Lo raro es que estemos vivos. She has been working on Epifanías for the last few years, a project somewhere between festival, ritual and stage.
