Leave behind your everyday reality and look towards an uncertain future. That’s the idea of a performer who will show you different ways of inhabiting a space on the Antic Teatre stage and who will establish diverse relationships with nature and sound. Let yourself be carried away by the poetry of the images, because this is a perceptive experience which, thanks to the use of text, video images, movement, voice-overs and interaction with the audience, leads you to an imaginative exchange. Movement and dance are key elements of a performance that studies their power of communication based on the so-called mirror neurons, which enable us to read the messages that others send us through gestures, expressions and body language. Empathy, imitation, language skills... They will talk to us about all these things in a performance that asks what sensations the actions of a performer on stage generate in the audience. Sometimes they will do so from the absurd and, others, they will simply shake us by taking us out of our empathetic comfort zone...
The idea comes from the Park Keito association of Kotomi Nishiwaki and Miquel Casaponsa, both of whom are interested in performance, sound and visual art. They are always willing to work with other artists from a variety of disciplines and their creations use the body, objects, light and space to create contrasts, cycles, constructions and deconstructions to draw their fiction.
