Flamenco jazz, funk and soul, gypsy, pop-soul. You will find all this and more in the programme that a jazz club with a history stretching back more than 50 years has prepared for the 2017 Grec Festival in Barcelona.
The unstoppable Lucrecia will show us her jazziest side, inviting back to the Jamboree one of the most outstanding Cuban pianists of recent decades, the formidable Ramón Valle. Living in the Netherlands for over ten years, Valle will return to the stage that virtually witnessed his birth in the late 90s to share a set of songs with the charismatic Lucrecia that have marked their lives. Completing the band are Dutch percussionist Nils Fischer, with whom Valle has shared many adventures, and Cuban bassist Yelsy Heredia, a stalwart of Diego El Cigala and Tomatito.
