Keith Jarrett has built up an impeccable career in jazz. Acclaimed as a master pianist and a great improviser, he has written hundreds of pieces for his different groups. Jarrett has enjoyed some of his greatest success as part of a trio, accompanied by Gary Peacock on bass and Jack DeJohnette on drums, and that is the formation he is bringing to Grec’09. Over the last twenty-five years, the trio have won prizes and nominations, as well as enthusiastic applause everywhere they have played.
