A choreography designed with children in mind that also seduces adult audiences. Dance has never been more fun as it tours the neighbourhoods as one of several travelling shows on the Grec Festival programme.
Intense, fun, moving... These are just some adjective used to describe this choreography by the Israeli artist Ohad Naharin, now performed for the first time in our country. The piece was designed for children, but has ended up delighting children from 6 to 90 years in many different countries. Kamuyot subverts the classical relations between performer and spectator, using the universal language of movement to create an intimate, emotive feeling, emphasising everything that joins us, rather than what separates us.
The IT Dansa Theatre Institute dance company, a veritable hothouse for new performers, will take this piece to different neighbourhoods around the city in a travelling show whose venue will change every week.
