Multicultural nights in the jazz cellar in Plaza Reial with some performers who will show us what jazz is like here, but also what is played in the rest of Europe, in America and in Asian countries such as Japan and South Korea.
Jazz saxophonist and composer, Pureum Jin was born in South Korea, despite living in the US. Equally active in Asian and American musical scenes, the artist began to study classical music, but her life changed when she came into contact with the music of the great John Coltrane. With one foot in the East and one in the West, it can be heard both at the Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival, at the Takatsuki Jazz Festival in Japan or at the Seoul Jazz Festival.
Musical interpretation: Pureum Jin (sax), Ignasi Terraza (piano), Horacio Fumero (double bass), Esteve Pi (drums)
