Some make music, others theatre, but they all share passion for experimenting in their respective fields. They are now preparing a show to premiere at Grec 2016.
This is not the first time that loscorderos and Za! have worked together. In fact, back in 2012 they teamed up to create a piece for the Indisciplines Festival. Its title was It’s perimental and it revolved around a sofa like those we have in all our homes. Now they collaborate once more, fusing their talent to see what they can come up with. This time, they aim to conduct research into sounds and their effects on the mind and the body, into co-existence in the broadest sense of the word, and into mental disorders. To do this, they will explore language, giving new meaning to words or emptying them of meaning, improvising both theatrically and musically, mutually contaminating each other's techniques. Expect everyday objects that emit a range of sounds, sounds that are amplified to make them leading elements in the performance. Expect a zany sound and physical universe and expect, as always, a show that takes one step beyond the avant-garde.
