The Tiger of Yuzu is a play about the inspiring friendship between two culinary geniuses: Ferran Adrià, the chef who has transformed contemporary cuisine; and Hiroyoshi Ishida, the great master of traditional Japanese cuisine.
This show, then, explores the relationship between different cultures and human beings in the twenty-first century, highlighting such qualities as personal development and creativity. The Tiger of Yuzu champions the values of courage, tenacity and discipline in the face of adversity.
