Do you prefer a world in which it is safe to hug a child, even if it allows the possibility of abuse, to a society where everything is controlled to avoid any risk? Fear, suspicion and innocent children.

Everyone comes into contact with children in some way, and all too often we hear of cases that warn us against those who take advantage of youngsters. In this play, which won the prestigious Born Theatre Prize in 2011, we are given food for thought as to whether no preventative measure is enough, or whether we are losing our ability to relate to each other openly. It all revolves around the story of a swimming instructor who kisses one of the children in his group, in order to calm him down, as the child is afraid of water. Is this just a spontaneous affectionate gesture, or improper behaviour? Can we trust those who look after our children? Where are the limits between prevention and fear? A highly topical issue as seen by one of the most interesting contemporary Catalan playwrights of the moment.
