Dani Nel·lo presenta Los saxofonistas salvajes

El Jamboree, al Grec

Multicultural nights in the jazz cellar in Plaza Reial with some performers who will show us what jazz is like here, but also what is played in the rest of Europe, in America and in Asian countries such as Japan and South Korea.

Jamboree gets ready to thrill for two nights with the sound of "The wild saxophonists", Dani Nel·lo's project which gathers the voice of the musicians who, from the 50s, redefined the role of the saxophone in popular music with a gut and subversive language. The tenor sax was the cornerstone upon which rhythm and blues and the first rock and roll were built. Nel.lo’s version in this album has fourteen themes to some of its referents, such as Arnett Cobb, Nobble Watts or Red Prysock. A night of fast-paced music by seven top musicians.
