Pop, rock, soul, folk and a host of other rhythms, often clearly connected to roots music, fill the BARTS concert hall for four intense weeks in which women will play an important part.
A choral group featuring young people aged between 16 and 25 that has made a name for itself on a popular TV show has become one of the biggest phenomena of vocal music in Catalonia. With a varied repertoire, they are specialists in making their own all kinds of songs, as we shall see on nfimit, the new disc they are showcasing here, a musical journey seen through the eyes of a child. The voices of these boys and girls will map a musical universe, with arrangements by Lluís Pérez Cansell, ranging from film soundtrack music to lullabies, via waltzes and even television theme tunes.
