Get on the La Caldera bus and you'll be able to tour different creative spaces in Barcelona for a whole day, and you'll participate in activities in each one. A walk through the city that is different and full of surprises.
Since it was first founded 18 years ago, La Caldera has established links with other centres for the creative arts in the city, forming a network that you are now invited to discover for yourselves. To do so, you will take a bus tour, accompanied by several narrators and rhapsodists who will recite and read you legends, anecdotes, short stories and popular tales. A literary calligram inspired by the centres visited. The tour ends at the Laribal Gardens (Montjuïc), where a different closing show will take place every Saturday.
The tour will feature a varied series of shows, workshops and performances:

Picaplat family workshop
A performing arts creative workshop for children aged 8 and over (maximum 15 participants), based on a viewing of the show Picaplat. A recital of poems and songs by Joan Salvat-Papasseit, Miquel Desclot, Maria Mercè Marçal, Federico García Lorca and Joan Brossa, amongst others.

Interventions by the “calderers”
Improvisations by two resident artists at La Caldera, a veteran and an up-and-coming talent. Featuring a different duo every Saturday.

Presentation of tragantDansa and lanDance participative demonstration
This activity, inspired by the lanDance project, revolves around the themes of the body, the home and the landscape.
Research and creative work supported by residencies at the following centres: the Burdag Studio (Poland), dansBurg (Lleida, Catalonia), and the Essaouira Contemporary Art Centre (Ifitry-Essaouira, Morocco).

An installation that gives participants a glimpse into the private world of dancers. The tour ends with performances by Cecilia Colacrai (Saturday, July 6), Francisco Córdova Azuela (Saturday, July 13) and Raquel Anguita (Saturday, July 20)
