He graduated in art history from the University of Barcelona. For seventeen years he has been the fashion editor of Marie Claire magazine, a job he has combined with collaborations on television programs such as Està passant (TV3) presented by Toni Soler, Zapeando (La Sexta) presented by Frank Blanco, En el aire (La Sexta), with Andreu Buenafuente, Divendres (TV3) presented by Xavi Coral and Helena García Melero and Espejo público (Antena 3) with Susanna Griso. Since 2019, he has presented the program You First on RAC1.

In 2016, he won the Good Practices of Non-Sexist Communication Award from the Association of Women Journalists of Catalonia, for the initiative of introducing feminist content in a humorous way in audiovisual programs.

In 2022 he was recognized with the Pere Rodeja Memorial, awarded by the Guild of Booksellers of Catalonia.
