The research tackles questions concerning the EPA (European Partnership Agreement) on the universal needs of a diverse cultural landscape, from a Caribbean perspective. The study shares the Caribbean‘s position in regard to the call for developed countries to provide them with "preferential treatment", in order to promote the mobility of artists and other culture professionals, while also improving access to the cultural goods and services market for developing countries.
