Independent researchers in cultural rights and disabilities. Accessibility is the element that allows people with disabilities to live equally, freely, independently and fully participate in all aspects of life. If we consider human rights as instruments that protect or facilitate goods for the development of a dignified human life, an essential requirement for the satisfaction of this right is that this good is accessible.
