The main aim of Culturarios is to establish artistic mediation as a key factor in cultural policies, programmes and projects developed in Spain‘s rural environment. It therefore tries to provide new culture management and creation models in the area concerned, facilitating the means to access and produce them through collective knowledge and fostering relationships between local residents, cultural stakeholders and institutions.
