“Circus and Health!” is a grassroots community programme jointly designed by the Ateneu Popular 9 Barris and the Barcelona Public Health Agency, with the collaboration of the Les Roquetes and Verdum Community Plans and the area‘s facilities and services. It aims to promote health

through circus, from the perspective of people's life cycle. It targets people living in the District of Nou Barris.

The research aims to present the main results of the “Circus and Health!” programme in regard to health and quality of life.
