Article 12. Technical Secretariat

1. A Technical Secretariat with the customary functions of a technical and administrative support body is attached to Barcelona Institute of Culture.

2. The Technical Secretariat provides support, particularly, to the Executive Committee, helping that body to carry out all its work. Moreover, it provides all support necessary for the good functioning of the Plenary delegate commissions (Article 17 of these Rules and Regulations).
