Article 8. The Executive Committee. Definition and composition
1. The Executive Committee is the body responsible for guiding and ensuring the good functioning of the Council of Culture, in accordance with these Rules and Regulations and through the exercise of its own powers.
2. The Executive Committee is formed by:
a) The Council Vice-presidency, which presides over the Committee.
b) Up to six more people, selected from amongst members of the Council of Culture Plenary as described in Article 6.3 f) and g) of these Rules and Regulations, appointed by the President of the Council of Culture at the proposal of the Plenary.
