Article 5. Vice-presidency

1. The Vice-presidency is designated by the Presidency, at the proposal of the cultural associations that form part of the Council Plenary (Article 6.3. e) of these Rules and Regulations), with a four-year mandate.

2. The Vice-presidency works to give support to the Presidency and to perform all functions delegated to it.

3. The Vice-presidency exercises the presidency of Barcelona Council of Culture Executive Committee (articles 8, 9 and 16 of these Rules and Regulations).
