Drawing the scene

Welcome to the stage, where today you will be able to draw and create the place where the characters if fiction live!

Do you know who is in charge of creating the magic world on the stage? The stage designer! And today you can be one! Starting from a theatrical setting, and letting your imagination fly, you can help create the place where a hypothetical theatre character lives.

The first thing you will find when you arrive at the room will be a theatrical setting where there is a small description of a situation, a space or a character. This setting will be your source of inspiration to create the world within the space proposed.

You will find a furnished space, very empty at the beginning, which will be filled during the course of the day with your drawings, while the space is filled with memories, objects and personality. The furniture will be real, in "3D", while the drawings will be flat, in "2D".

To explain the idea better, I'll give an example: in a dining room we can find things like: a family picture, a wall clock, books on the shelf, a carpet on the floor, a telephone next to the sofa, a lamp, etc. These elements are those that should be drawn and created, based on the setting that we will find at the beginning. A fairly open and abstract setting in order to be able to give the imagination a free path, but with a common imagery.
